Famous Gujarati actor Arvind Rathod, who has worked in many Bollywood films, died on Thursday after a prolonged illness. He was 83 years old. A few months ago Arvind became corona positive and after that he fell on the bed due to weakness. Arvind was not married and was living with his nephew’s daughter-in-law and their son.

Apart from many Bollywood films, Arvind played important roles in Amitabh Bachchan’s famous films ‘Agneepath’ and ‘Khuda Gawah’. Arvind also left Mumbai after leaving work in Bollywood. At this time he was living in Ahmedabad. Before joining acting, Arvind used to work as a photojournalist.

Arvind also worked in the 1968 film The Lady Killer. Along with this, he also worked in Gujarati films like Bhadar Tara Wahata Pani, Son Kansari, Ganga Sati, Maa Khodal Taro Khamkaro. At the same time, Arvind was also very active in Gujarati theater at one time.
